UFO Shatters Iceland's New Year's Eve
It's the end of 2010. So most Icelanders will be watching
Áramótaskaupið, sort of a Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin'
Eve, but without the music and the big ball in Times Square.
Here's a sample from 2006--although I don't know what
the heck they're saying:

Áramótaskaupið is a satirical recap of the year's most memorable events. So I'm sure it will cover the eruption of Eyjafjallajökull. And I'm sure it will be amusing. But, the bigger question is...
WILL THEY DARE TO TELL THE TRUTH!
It has now been revealed that the volcanic eruption was created to divert attention away from UFO activity.
Yoko Ono has refused to issue a formal statement. But at a recent We Are Plastic Ono performance, she shared with the audience this cryptic message:
"Most people consider the Imagine Peace Tower a tribute to John Lennon. It is actually a runway for alien spacecraft."
Because of the childish sound of her voice, and her annoying back up music, Ono's words went unnoticed, until she added:
"We all shine on. Like moon. Like star. Like sun. And you can buy t-shirt in lobby. Forty dollar. Very good."
